Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

I don't think you can ever go wrong with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. I love it. I prefer to scramble my eggs in a pan rather than microwaving, but each to their own. I love to add chives and cream to scrambled eggs to, get a really rich creamy flavour and of course....black pepper! Served with a cuppa.
