Steak, Potato Wedges and Portobello Mushrooms

You can never go wrong with a nice piece of steak, ribeye steak served with Piri Piri wedges and mushrooms with a madeira sauce. I always leave the steak out to get to room temperature for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes, rub it with salt, pepper and olive oil. Yummy. Heat the pan on a medium heat for 10 minutes, then let it slowly cook 5 minutes on each side (my preference for rare/medium). Potato Wedges are mixed with a piri piri spice mix, seasoned and oiled in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Mushrooms were lightly oiled and then in the oven for 25 minutes. So delicious.
